GREECE & CYPRUS TRAVEL CENTRE is a highly Successful Independent Travel Agent and Tour Operator established in the heart of Sutton Coldfield in the Midlands.

The Company was founded in 1985. Both its Directors are of Greek and Greek-Cypriot origin. Personally running their operation on a day to day basis and without any outside business interests, they rapidly built up a reputation for offering friendly and consistently personal service combined with a high level of expertise. These qualities have rubbed off to their highly trained staff and through the years the Company has developed and maintained, a tremendously high level of 'repeat business' with loyal and satisfied customers who entrust their holiday and general travel arrangements to them year after year. Personal recommendations and their specialisation in the particular markets of Cyprus and Greece resulted very soon in a catchment area nationwide rather than regional.

GREECE & CYPRUS TRAVEL CENTRE became a member of A.B.T.A (Association of British Travel Agents) soon after its opening. Within 2 years it acquired its IATA (International Air Transport Association) and ATOL (Air Travel Organisers' Licensing) Licence and started its own Tour Operation to its areas of specialisation. Despite its success, the company consciously did not get involved in the 'big numbers' game as the Directors were not at all interested in rapid growth at the expense of the service they felt they could offer. Long term prosperity and stability rather than short term success were targets achieved with great effort, hard work and determination. in a     volatile and high-risk Travel Industry that has seen so many glamorous and high-profile names falling by the wayside over the years..

On the "Flight Only" side the Agents have access to some of the best airfares available on flights to Cyprus and Greece using services of airlines such as Cyprus Airways, Olympic Airlines, Aegean Air, First Choice Airways, British Airways, EuroCypria, Monarch Airlines  and many others.

On the Retail side, being independent, the company deals with a large variety of products and Tour Operators which means that they are able to offer Customers real choice and unbiased holiday advice without secretly-compiled lists of "preferred" Tour Operators as their Large High Street Competitors do. They have a large collection of individual Brochures of the various hotels and apartments, books, maps, and videos in the premises. As normal retail ABTA Travel Agents they are able to book flights and holidays for all destinations, Europe, America and Worldwide offering the same high level of service and expertise as their many regular clients will testify. Even Business Arrangements, Groups and Incentive Travel have not been left untouched by the Company in its continuous efforts to succeed and prosper in a very competitive market.

At the end of 2007 the company made its first acquisition  Ross and Brown Travel Advisers  a highly successful Retail Agency specialising in up-market holidays, long-haul tailor-made itineraries and cruises.
A move to the location of this agency was completed by the 1st March 2008.
In September of the same year, the customer database of Azure Travel, another agency in the Sutton Coldfield area was acquired following its closure of business.
